2m and 3m lids, 1m base modules

We are using up the end of current stock. We are out of 2m and 3m bases, so a full-length lid now slides into 1m base modules laid end to end. You will see a small join between the tops of the base side walls. The functionality is not affected at all.

The lid runs the full length in one piece. The only visible difference is a fine line where two base sections meet, at the top of the side wall — marked in orange above.

Three things to have in place. If you are unsure about any of them, contact us before you buy and we will talk it through.

Permission from the landowner

You'll need permission from whoever owns the pavement, normally your local authority, before installation.

A qualified local installer

Installation takes less than two hours. Your installer should work to our install instructions and reinstate the pavement to the relevant highways specification.

Pavement width measurement

Measure the pavement width so you know whether to order the 2m or 3m channel. Your contractor then cuts it to the exact pavement width on the day.
