📖 How to use your Kerbo Charge channel
1. Lift the lid at one end, and begin feeding your cable in (stand on the side of the channel away from the hinge).
2. Then simply feed your cable in a handful at a time, you can use the strength of the cable to keep the lid open along the length of the channel.
3. When you want to remove your cable, gently pull the lid open at one end using the cable, and pull along the length of the lid.
4. Always ensure your cable is fully inserted within the channel.
5. Safely stow your cable when you unplug it from your car.

🪛 Looking after your channel and reporting issues
1. No maintenance is required apart from occasionally cleaning out the channel – simply use a hosepipe or watering can to clean out any leaves and other sediment build up.
2. You must report any issues within 48 hours of discovering them or you will be liable for the cost of any accidents. Just email hello@kerbocharge.com with some pictures and we’ll get it sorted.

🍌 Liability and warranty
1. Please remember that as per your license agreement, you are liable for the costs of accidents caused by your charging cable.
2. We provide a 10 year product warranty. If any issues emerge please email us with pictures and we will investigate.

Our duct takes the Type 2 cable, which is the standard cable for all UK electric cars.

Most charging cables are long enough to reach either one space up or one space down from directly outside your house. Still taken? We find most residents just wait until the space becomes free and then move their car over.

Yes, we can provide both the duct and the wall mounted charging unit, or just the duct.
